I don&#039;t understand how anyone can look for a home or even purchase a car without knowing exactly what their spendable income. Also, one must know what their current expenses are and also new expenses that will surely come when buying a house. You can also be certain that those unexpected medical and other variable expenses will come as well. Plan for most and save!!!</description>
