		<description>I wish the government was a litle more clear on the what can have and what you can not have with this tax credit.  It seems that there is alot of confusion and speculation going around and alot of misleading information.  I have to say however that this article was very informative and well through out.  Thanks for the information.  I will be adding a similar article to my website soon as I believe that this is an important issue.
